It is important to note that the international credit card charges an additional fee by the payment platform. Domestic credit cards do not support VISA channels, and please use UnionPay for payment.

The meeting recommends the online payment. Please note the conference registrant name in postscript box if using bank remittance. After bank remittance, please send the bank remittance certificate to icamg-9@tongji.edu.cn with email title “bank remittance + registration number +name” to ensure bank account can be verified and responded in a timely manner. When you remitting at the bank, please specify "ICAMG-9 + Registration Number + Your Name" in the remittance information column, so that we could confirm your payment more easily.

 

  • On-site payment:

Accept various types of bank credit cards and debit cards. Cash is not accepted.

 

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded as follows:
On or before August 15, 2018: full refund 
On or before September 15, 2018: 50% refund

After September 15, 2018: no refund 
Cancellations must be made by writing email to: icamg-9@tongji.edu.cn with email title “Cancellation + Registration Number + Your Name”.

 

Travel Information and Visas

The meeting venue is located approximately 40 km away from Shanghai Pudong International Airport and 20 km away from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and Hongqiao Railway Station. Public transportation to the meeting venue includes the shuttle bus, local taxi and metro. Please refer to the Hotel & Travel page for the details.

 

Foreign citizens must obtain a Chinese visa before entry into China, with the exception of visa-free countries, which are based on relevant agreements or regulations. It is strongly recommended that international participants apply for visas at least 3 months prior to the conference. The applicants should contact the Chinese consulate to determine the wait time for an interview. Additional information on gaining business visas is available at Chinese consulate or local travel agencies.
